Spring 2025 Season Registration ...

Spring season will begin February 2025 and ends in May.
We will be adjusting our age divisions to match NFL Flag with age as January 1st of current year starting again in 2025.
4U, 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, Coed High School ages 15-17, Girls only Elementary, Girls only Middle School and Girls only High School Division

All age divisions are set by players age as of 8/1 of the current year!

All Girls platform for Elementary, Middle and High school Girls!!

Spring Hill NFL Flag Football provides a competitive, fun and family friendly youth league, with a positive atmosphere to our youth in Hernando, Citrus and Pasco County.

Be apart of the best league around with a 9 week regular season followed by single elimination playoff tournament to see who wins the NFL Flag Super-Bowl Championship in each age division!
We reward our Champions with Rings, runners up medals and the NFL Flag Coach Trophy for the winning Coach each season!

All participants will receive a participation plaque for playing each season as a token of our gratitude for being apart of the league!

All teams have one practice day each week
Practice days are set by assigned coach and are at Veterans Park Spring Hill
Practice days are Monday - Friday, times are 6-7pm or 7-8pm
(During registration under coach request you can request a night that doesn't work for your player and we will try to accomodate by placing on a team that does not practice on the conflicting evening)

Games will be played on Friday evenings and Saturdays at Veterans Park Spring Hill, games start at 9am.
